Tasks

At SaskIT Inc., the role involves interacting with users to identify and record technical issues, researching solutions through manuals and guides, offering advice and training to resolve these challenges, and maintaining a log for team reference. The position also entails participating in software redesigns, providing network and business system support, setting up and installing hardware and software for employee use, and managing web-server backups and recoveries, all aimed at ensuring smooth and efficient tech operations.
