Salary $34.25 hourly
Term or Contract-Full time- day/ morning.
30 hours per week
Starts as soon as possible

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Several years of on-the-job training in food stores
5 Years or more experience
Task /Duties
Prepare specialty cuts of meat African and Caribbean Meats
Cut, trim, bone and prepare custom and/or standard cuts of meat, for sale according to customers’ orders
Prepare meat for special displays and/or delivery
Shape, lace and tie roasts meats
Wrap and package fresh prepared meats for on the spot request
Wrap and pre-package fresh meat
Monitor safety conditions
Ensure food storage conditions are adequate
Equipment and machinery experience
Band saw
Manual cutting utensil
Power grinder
Salami mixer and cooker
