Shift: 35 Hours/Week
Main duties:
- Train employees in job responsibilities, safety guidelines, and company procedures
- Specify approaches to fulfill work schedules and coordinate work movements with different subcontractors
- Supervise, coordinate, and organize the training of related trainees, helpers, and laborers.
- Manage, harmonize and schedule the actions of construction staffers encountered in bricklaying, roofing, insulating, tile setting, plastering, drywall installation, glazing, cement finishing, and painting, and workers who install and service prefabricated products in residential and commercial properties,
- Prepare work advancement information
- Fix work issues and suggest measures to enhance productivity and outcome quality
- Order materials and supplies needed
- Instruct personnel activities such as hiring and promotions
Qualifications & skills:
• Completion of secondary school
• 3-5 years of work experience in a related field.
