Position: Personal Care Provider (NOC 44101) Employer Name: Beryl McIntyre Terms of Employment: Permanent, full time Wage: $28.15 per hour for 40 hours per week Language: English Location of Work: West Vancouver, BC Benefits: None Job Requirements: · Certificate in care giving or related discipline; · At least one-year related experience; · Mature, reliable, caring, and flexible (be able to work on weekends); · Ability to communicate in English; Job Duties: · Provide care and companionship for elderly person; · Administer bedside and personal care; · Light housekeeping duties like laundry, ironing, and making bed; · May perform routine health-related duties such as changing non-sterile dressings, and assisting in the administration of medications; · May prepare meals; · May perform routine housekeeping duties such as laundry, washing dishes and making bed.
